This is an upgrade to your already amazing membership as you will get to work closely with MK on a 1-1 basis for 12 weeks through weekly calls, custom macros, and help guiding you through your journey on a more in depth level
Do I need to be using the MBM app already?
No — but it is highly recommended.
The MBM App is the foundation of this entire system.
MBM Method coaching is designed to enhance it, not replace it.
Is this a strict workout plan and diet?
Your program will be built around your lifestyle and the goal is always for you to train and fuel your body in a way that fits your schedule, goals, and life.
This is a busy season for me can I still do the program?
Of course, this program was built to give you accountability even during busy seasons of life because lets be honest life will always happen and there is never a perfect time - We adjust weekly based on your real life — not perfection.
