How many workouts/week
This program is 5 workouts a week, but for beginners we always say hitting 3 of the 5 workouts/week is a win!
What equipment do I need?
This program is dumbbell focused so we suggest - dumbbells 5-30lbs, a bench or chair.
Is this workout program good for all levels?
Yes, the MBM Low Impact program is a foundational program no matter if you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced. You can modify the program where needed and adjust the days to meet you schedule. If you feel 3 workouts a week works for you we suggest starting there and advancing to the 5.
How do I join the program?
The program is a signature program inside the MBM app so in order to do the program you need an active monthly or yearly subscription. Of course you will have access to all our signature programs once you join.
How long are the workouts and how many days a week?
The workouts range from 30-45 minutes and are pre-recorded so you can complete the workouts when it works for you!
