The MBM 7 Day Reset is a foundational program that offers the perfect blend of all my workout class styles to help you form a consistent routine to feel your best anytime you feel you need it.
This program is meant for all fitness levels whether you are a beginner or advanced.
How to get access: As long as you remain an active monthly or yearly member, you'll have access to this challenge and all other programs!
Equipment needed: Dumbbells 5-30lbs, optional bench, chair, bands, and jump rope
Workout schedule: The goal is 3 lifting sessions/2 bodyweight days/2 recovery days
Monday - legs
Tuesday - arms
Wednesday - stretch
Thursday - sculpt
Friday- fullbody burner
Saturday - stretch
Sunday - rest

What to do after you complete?
I suggest following up the completion of the MBM 7 Day Reset Program with the MBM Low Impact Strength, MBM Endurance Strength Program or Weekly Moves Schedule. After finishing any program, it's beneficial to incorporate a deload week, during which you can opt for activities like walking or engaging in our low-impact classes to facilitate recovery.
